Penile Cancer

Penile cancer is cancer of the penis, the male reproductive organ, and it is not as common as other forms. This penile disorder can develop in people aged 60 years or older, in people that have phimosis (the foreskin cannot be pulled back over the glans), people that have poor personal hygiene, people that have too many sexual partners and people that consistently use tobacco products. The symptoms of this horrible disease include redness, irritation, or the development of a sore on the penis. Another symptom of it includes the development of a lump on the penis itself. A physical exam, the history of the patient, or a biopsy can be used to determine whether or not a person has it.

The chance of recovery you said it to determine the treatment options depends on the prognosis of the disease. The prognosis is determined by the stage of the cancer, the location and the size of the tumor, and whether the cancer was just diagnosed or is recurring. There are three main tests performed to determine how far along the cancer has become and those tests are an MRI, a CT Scan, and an Ultrasound. An MRI, short for magnetic resonance imaging, uses radio waves to make a series of pictures of the patient's body. A CT Scan is a procedure that makes a series of pictures of the body from different angles. An Ultrasound is a procedure in which high energy sound waves are bounced off internal tissues or organs which then make echoes. The echoes then form a picture of the body's tissues known as a sonogram.

There are six common stages of this. Those stages include Stage 0, Stage I, Stage II, Stage III, Stage IV and recurrent cancer. Stage O are when abnormal cells are found on the surface of the skin of the penis. These abnormal cells might form into cancer and spread to other parts of the body but they might not spread in the least. Stage O is also referred to as carcinoma in situation. Stage I is when the cancer has formed and spread to connective tissue just under the skin of the penis.

MANEUVERING

 1. Sun Tzu said: In war, the general receives his
  commands from the sovereign.

 2. Having collected an army and concentrated his forces,
he must blend and harmonize the different elements thereof
  before pitching his camp.

 3. After that, comes tactical maneuvering,
than which there is nothing more difficult.
The difficulty of tactical maneuvering consists
in turning the devious into the direct, and misfortune into gain.

 4. Thus, to take a long and circuitous route,
after enticing the enemy out of the way, and though starting
after him, to contrive to reach the goal before him,
shows knowledge of the artifice of DEVIATION.

 5. Maneuvering with an army is advantageous;
with an undisciplined multitude, most dangerous.

Night and Day

When the golden day is done,
  Through the closing portal,
Child and garden, Flower and sun,
  Vanish all things mortal.

As the blinding shadows fall
  As the rays diminish,
Under evening's cloak they all
  Roll away and vanish.

Garden darkened, daisy shut,
  Child in bed, they slumber--
Glow-worm in the hallway rut,
  Mice among the lumber.

In the darkness houses shine,
  Parents move the candles;
Till on all the night divine
  Turns the bedroom handles.

Till at last the day begins
  In the east a-breaking,
In the hedges and the whins
  Sleeping birds a-waking.

In the darkness shapes of things,
  Houses, trees and hedges,
Clearer grow; and sparrow's wings
  Beat on window ledges.

These shall wake the yawning maid;
  She the door shall open--
Finding dew on garden glade
  And the morning broken.

There my garden grows again
  Green and rosy painted,
As at eve behind the pane
  From my eyes it fainted.

The Land of Nod

From breakfast on through all the day
At home among my friends I stay,
But every night I go abroad
Afar into the land of Nod.

All by myself I have to go,
With none to tell me what to do--
All alone beside the streams
And up the mountain-sides of dreams.

The strangest things are these for me,
Both things to eat and things to see,
And many frightening sights abroad
Till morning in the land of Nod.

Try as I like to find the way,
I never can get back by day,
Nor can remember plain and clear
The curious music that I hear.

HOW TO START A SUCCESSFUL MAIL-ORDER BOOK BUSINESS WITH NO INVENTORY

If you run a mail order business, a great way to expand your sales is to
offer informational publications in addition to your regular line of
products and services. The usual problem with doing this is that you
usually have to commit a large amount of your resources for buying initial
inventory and storage, not to mention the expense of putting together
marketing materials for the publications you're going to carry. There are
some companies, though, who provide services for business people who want to
sell publications, but don't want the hassle and expense of inventory.

These companies will DROP SHIP items to your customers. For example, when
you sell a book, you would usually send the wholesale price for the book,
along with a shipping label listing you as the return address and your
customer's address as the "ship to" address. You keep the difference
between the retail price you charged the customer and the wholesale price
you sent the supplier (in most cases 50%) as your profit. The supplying
company then ships the book directly to your customer. In this way, you
avoid having to stock all the different publications you'd like to sell,
while still having the ability to offer your customers a large selection
to choose from.

The Fox, the Cock, and the Dog

One moonlight night a Fox was prowling about a farmer's
hen-coop, and saw a Cock roosting high up beyond his reach. "Good
news, good news!" he cried.

"Why, what is that?" said the Cock.

"King Lion has declared a universal truce. No beast may hurt
a bird henceforth, but all shall dwell together in brotherly
friendship."

"Why, that is good news," said the Cock; "and there I see some
one coming, with whom we can share the good tidings." And so
saying he craned his neck forward and looked afar off.

"What is it you see?" said the Fox.

"It is only my master's Dog that is coming towards us. What,
going so soon?" he continued, as the Fox began to turn away as
soon as he had heard the news. "Will you not stop and
congratulate the Dog on the reign of universal peace?"

"I would gladly do so," said the Fox, "but I fear he may not
have heard of King Lion's decree."

Cunning often outwits itself.

The Jay and the Peacock

A Jay venturing into a yard where Peacocks used to walk, found
there a number of feathers which had fallen from the Peacocks when
they were moulting. He tied them all to his tail and strutted
down towards the Peacocks. When he came near them they soon
discovered the cheat, and striding up to him pecked at him and
plucked away his borrowed plumes. So the Jay could do no better
than go back to the other Jays, who had watched his behaviour from
a distance; but they were equally annoyed with him, and told him:

"It is not only fine feathers that make fine birds."

Cleaning Up Profits

The continuing growth of families with two paychecks is a good indication
that maid services are booming. Two paychecks also mean that time is limited
for busy families.
In fact, more than their cleaning skills or the type of cleaning equipment
they use, the success of maid service is premised on two factors: time and
convenience. With both husband and wife working, neigher of the couple
has the time nor the energy to do housework.

Plus, the principle of delegated labor simply suggests that"...if the work
that needs to be done can be farmed out to someone who will do it for less
than what you can earn given the same amount of time needed to do the job,
it is better to pay someone else to ddo the job for you. If for anything
else, doing housework fits that descreption.

A CLEAN SYSTEM
Knowing how to clean a house is no guarantee of success in the housecleaning
business. The key to a successful cleaning business is good organization and
systematic process that lends to an efficient cleaning routine.
Most maid service operators recommend the team system, with two to three
maids in a team who visit the same accounts, homes or businesses, every week
or every day.
Teams divide their chores, rotating tasks among team members, from one
account to the next, in order to reduce monotony.

profit potential

A new approach to serving one of the oldest and most basic needs of even the smallest business community, a home-based secretarial service can satisfy the entrepreneurial needs of even the most ambitious woman!

This is a kind of service business with a virtually unlimited profit potential. Third year profits for businesses of this type, in metropolitan areas as small as 70,000 persons are reported at $100,000 and more. It's a new idea for a traditional job that's growing in popularity and acceptance.

As for the future, there+s no end in sight to the many and varied kinds of work a secretary working at home can do for business owners, managers and sales representatives. Various surveys indicate that by the year 2,000 - at least 60 percent of all the secretarial work, as we know it today, will be handled by women working at home.

For most women, this is the most exciting news of things to come since the equal rights amendment. Now is the time to get yourself organized, start your own home-based secretarial service and nurture it through your start-up stages to total success in the next couple of years.

Our research indicates little or no risk involved, with most secretarial services breaking even within 30 days, and reports of some showing a profit after the first week! Your cash investment can be as little as $10 to $25 if you already have a modern, electronic typewriter. You can set up at your kitchen table, make a few phone calls, and be in business tomorrow.

If you don't have a modern, office quality electric typewriter comparable to the IBM Selectric - a portable just won't do, because it'll break down, wear out, and fall apart after a month of heavy duty use... If you're aware of this delicacy of a portable electric, you can conceivably begin with one, but you'll definitely have to graduate to a bigger, heavier machine as soon as possible...

An IBM Selectric, complete with start-up supplies kit which includes a dozen ribbons, can be purchased for less than a thousand dollars. On contract, this would break down to about $175 for down payment and monthly payments of less than $50 per month over a 2-year period. Naturally, you'd want to include the standard service contract which costs about $100 per year, and means that whenever you have a problem or want your machine serviced, you simply pick up the phone and call the service department. They'll ask you what kind of problem you're having, and then send some one out to rectify it immediately.

Shoestringers can rent an IBM Selectric for about $60 per month, plus a small deposit. And those of you who are really on a tight budget, can contract an equipment leasing firm, explain your business plan, and work out an arrangement where they buy the machine of your choice for you, and then lease it back to you over a five or ten year period for much lower payments.

Whatever you do, get the best typewriter your money can buy. The output of your typewriter will be your finished product, and the better, "more perfect" your finished product, the more clients you'll attract and keep. It's also imperative that you have one of the modern, "ball" typewriters. Only these kinds of typewriters give each character a clear, even and uniform impression on your paper. Typewriters of the "arm & hammer" type quickly become misaligned, producing a careless look on your finished product.

As mentioned earlier, you can start almost immediately from your kitchen table if you've got the typewriter. However, in order to avoid fatigue and back problems, invest in a typing stand and secretary's standard typing chair just as soon as you can afford them. Watch for office equipment sales, especially among the office equipment leasing firms. You should be able to pick up a new, slightly damaged, or good used typewriter stand or desk for around $20 to $25. A comparable quality secretary's typing chair can be purchased for $50 or less.

While you're shopping for things you'll need, be sure to pick up a chair mat. If you don't, you may suddenly find that the carpet on the floor of the room where you do your typing, needs replacing due to the worn spot where the chair is located and maneuvered in front of the typewriter. You'll also want a work stand with place marker and a convenient box or storage shelf for your immediate paper supply. If you plan to do a great deal of work during the evening hours, be sure to invest in an ad just able "long arm" office work lamp.

When buying paper, visit the various wholesale paper suppliers in your area or in any nearby large city, and buy at least a half carton - 6 reams - at a time. Buying wholesale, and in quantity, will save you quite a bit of money. The kind to buy is ordinary 20 pound white bond. Open one ream for an immediate supply at your typewriter, and store the rest in a closet, under your bed, or on a shelf in your garage or basement.

In the beginning, you'll be the business - typist, salesman, advertising department, bookkeeper and janitor - so, much will depend upon your overall business acumen. Those areas in which you lack experience or feel weak in, buy books or tapes and enhance your knowledge. You don't have to enjoy typing, but you should have better than average proficiency.

Your best bet in selling your services is to do it all yourself. Every business in your area should be regarded as a potential customer, so it's unlikely you'll have to worry about who to call on. Begin by making a few phone calls to former bosses or business associates - simply explain that you're starting a typing service and would appreciate it if they'd give you a call whenever they have extra work that you can handle for them. Before you end the conversation, ask them to be sure to keep you in mind and steer your way any overload typing jobs that they might hear about.

The next step is "in-person" calls on prospective customers. This means dressing in an impressively professional manner, and making sales calls on the business people in your area. For this task, you should be armed with business cards (brochures also help...), and an order or schedule book of some sort. All of these things take time to design and print, so while you're waiting for delivery, use the time to practice selling via the telephone. At this stage, your telephone efforts will be more for the purpose of indoctrinating you into the world of selling than actually making sales.

Just be honest about starting a business, and sincere in asking them to consider trying your services whenever they have a need you can help them with. Insurance companies, attorneys and distributors are always needing help with their typing, so start with these kinds of businesses first.

For your business cards, consider a free-lance artist to design a logo for you. Check, and/or pass the word among the students in the art or design classes at any nearby college, art or advertising school. Hiring a regular commercial artist will cost you quite a bit more, and generally won't satisfy your needs any better than the work of a hungry beginner.

Be sure to browse through any Klip Art books that may be available - at most print shops, newspaper offices, advertising agencies, libraries and book stores. The point being, to come up with an idea that makes your business card stand out; that can be used on all your printed materials, and makes you - your company - unique or different from all the others.

I might suggest something along the lines of a secretary with pad in hand taking dictation; or perhaps a secretary wearing a dictaphone headset seated in front of a typewriter. You might want something distinctive for the first letter of your company name, or perhaps a scroll or flag as a background for your company name.

At any rate, once you've got your logo or company design, the next step is your local print shop. Ask them to have the lettering you want to use, typeset in the style you like best - show them your layout and order at least a thousand business cards printed up.

For your layout, go with something basic. Expert typing services, in the top left hand corner... Dictation by phone, in the top right hand corner... Your company logo or design centered on the card with something like, complete secretarial services, under it... Your name in the lower left hand corner, and your telephone number in the lower right hand corner...

Everybody that you call on in person, be sure to give them one of your business cards. And now, you're ready to start making those in-person business sales calls.

Your best method of making sales calls would be with a business telephone directory and a big supply of loose leaf notebook paper. Go through the business directory and write down the company names, addresses and telephone number. Group all of those within one office building together, and those on the same street in the same block. Be sure to leave a couple of spaces between the listing of each company. And of course, start a new page for those in a different building or block. Now, simply start with the first business in the block, or on the lowest floor in a building and number them in consecutive order. This will enable you to call on each business in order as you proceed along a street, down the block, or through a building

You'll be selling your capabilities - your talents - and charging for your time - the time it takes you to get set up and complete the assignment they give you. You should be organized to take work with you on the spot, and have it back at a promised time; arrange to pick up any work they have, and deliver it back to them when it+s completed; and handle dictation or special work assignments by phone. You should also emphasize your abilities to handle everything by phone, particularly w hen they have a rush job.

Establish your fees according to how long it takes you to handle their work, plus your cost of supplies - work space, equipment and paper - then fold in a $5 profit. In other words, for a half hour job that you pick up on a regular sales or delivery call you should charge $10...

Another angle to include would be copies. Establish a working relationship with a local printer, preferably one who has a copy machine comparable to a big Kodak 150 Extaprint. When your clients need a sales letter or whatever plus so many copies, you can do it all for them.

Only make copies on the very best of dry paper copying machines, and only for 50 copies or less. More than 50 copies, it'll be less expensive and you'll come out with a better looking finished product by having them printed on a printing press. When you furnish copies, always fold in your copying or printing costs plus at least a dollar or more for every 50 copies you supply.

By starting with former employers and/or business associates, many businesses are able to line up 40 hours of work without even making sales call. If you're lucky enough to do this, go with it, but -

Start lining up your friends to do the work for you - girls who work all day at a regular job, but need more money; and housewives with time on their hands. You tell them what kind of equipment is needed, and the quality of work you demand. You can arrange to pay them so much per hour for each job they handle for you - judging from the time you figure the job would take if you were doing it; or on a percentage basis. I feel the best arrangement is on an hourly basis according to a specified amount of time each job normally takes.

Whenever, and as soon as you've got a supply of "workers" lined up, you turn all your current assignments over to them, and get back to lining up more business. If you're doing well selling by phone, and your area seems to respond especially well to selling by phone, then you should immediately hire commission sales people. Train them according to your own best methods and put them to work assisting you. Your salespeople can work out of their own homes, using their own telephones, provided you've got your area's business community organized in a loose leaf notebook style. All you do is give them so many pages from your notebook, from which they make sales calls each week.

Even so, you should still make those in-person sales calls... If for some reason you get bogged down, and can't or don't want to, then hire commission sales people to do it for you... Generally, women selling this type of service bring back the most sales... And for all your commission sales people, the going rate should be 30 percent of the total amount of the sale... Point to remember: Sooner or later, you're going to want to hire a full-time telephone sales person, plus another full time person to make in-person sales calls for you - Eventually, you want workers to handle all the work for you, and sales people to do the selling for you - So the sooner you can line up people for these jobs, the faster your business is going to prosper.

Later on, you'll want a sales manager to direct your sales people and keep them on track, so try to find a "future sales man ager" when you begin looking for salespeople.

Your basic advertising should be a regular quarter page ad in the yellow pages of both your home service telephone directory and the business yellow pages. You'll find that 50 percent of your first time clients will come to you because they have an immediate need and saw you at in the yellow pages, so don't skimp on either the size or the "eye-catching" graphics of this ad.

A regular one column by 3-inch ad in the Sunday edition of your area's largest newspaper would also be a good idea. Any advertising you do via radio or television will be quite expensive with generally very poor results, so don't even give serious consideration to that type of advertising.

By far, your largest advertising outlays will be for direct mail efforts. You should have a regular mailing piece that you send out to your entire business community at least once a month. This is handled by sending out 200 to 500 letters per day. For this, you should obtain a third class postage permit or else these postage costs will drive you out of business.

Your mailing piece should consist of a colorful brochure that describes your business. It should explain the many different kinds of assignments you can handle - a notation that no job is too small or too large - and a statement of your guarantee. Do not quote prices in your brochure - simply ask the recipient to call for a quotation or price estimate.

It's also a good idea to list the background and experience of the business owner, plus several business testimonials and/or compliments. You could also include a couple of pictures showing your workers busy and actually handling secretarial assignments. The most important part of your brochure will be your closing statement - an invitation, indeed - a demand that the recipient call you for further information.

All of this can very easily be put together in a Z-folded, 2-sided self-mailer. Again, look for a free-lance copywriter and artist to help you put it together. Once you've got your "dummy" pretty well set the way you want it, make copies of it, and either take it or send it to several direct mail advertising agencies. Ask them for their suggestions of how they would improve it, and for a bid on the cost if you were to retain them to handle it for you. Listen to their ideas and incorporate them where - and if you think they would make your brochure better. And, if one of them does come in with a cost estimate that's lower than your independent, "do-it-yourself" costs, then think seriously about assigning the job to them.

This is definitely the most important piece of work that will ever come out of your office, so be sure it's the very best, and positively indicative of your business. This will be the business image you project, so make sure it reflects the quality, style and credibility of your business - your thinking, and your success.

Your brochure should be on 60-pound coated paper, in at least two colors and by a professional printer. The end result is the Z-folded brochure - Z-folded by the printer - with your third class mailing permit indicia showing on the cover side. This cover side should be flamboyant and eye-catching. You want your mailing piece to stand out in the pile of 50 or 60 pieces of other mail received by the recipient.

When you're ready to mail, simply take a couple of cartons of your brochures to an addressing shop, have them run your brochures through their addressing machine, loaded with your mailing list, bundle them and drop them off at the post office for you. This takes us back to the planning on how to compile your mailing list. I suggest that you begin with Cheshire Cards by Xerox. You type the name of your addressee on the cards, maintain these cards in the order of your choice, take your boxes of cards to the addressing shop whenever you have a mailing, and there+s no further work on your part. The addressing shop loads their machine with your cards, prints the address on your cards directly onto your brochures, and gives the cards back to you when the mailing is completed. A mailing of 100,000 brochures, via this method - generally could be completed and on its way in one 8-hour day.

In essence, you'll want to solicit business with a regular routine of telephone selling, in-person sales calls at the prospective client's place of business, media advertising and direct mail efforts. All of these efforts are important and necessary to the total success of your business - don't try to cut corners or spare the time or expense needed to make sure you're operating at full potential in these areas! In addition to these specific areas, it would be wise for you to attend chamber of commerce meetings, and join several of your area civic clubs - you'll meet a great number of business leaders at these meetings and through their association, you will gain a great deal of new business - and even help in many of your needs.

Once you're organized and rolling, you can easily expand your market nationwide with the installation of a toll free telephone and advertising in business publications. Perhaps you can add to your primary business with a "mailing shop" of your own - the rental of mailing lists - specialized temporary help services - telephone answering services - and even survey work...

The "bottom line" thing to remember in order to achieve total success, is planning. Plan your initial operation through from start to finish before you even think about soliciting your first customer. Get your operational plan down on paper - itemize your needs, estimate your costs, line up your operating capital, and set forth milestones for growth.

Set profit figures you want to be realizing 3 months... 6 months... l year... 2 years... and 3 years from your business start-up date. Learn all you can about the "support systems"
involved in operating a profitable business - planning, a dvertising, selling, bookkeeping, and banking - and continue to update your knowledge with a pro gram of continuous learning. Do your homework properly, and there's just no way you can fail with a Home-Based Secretarial Service.r brochure will be your closing statement - an invitation.

AUTO TUNE-UP SHOP

This business idea is one of those recession-proof opportunities that can put you on "easy street." When the economy heats up and inflation increases the cost of living, people become "do-it-yourself" conscious, looking for ways to save money. Whenever the economy falters, people again are searching for methods of saving money and making what they already own last longer.

The marketing principles outlined within this report emphasize the money-making potential of an independent auto tune-up shop in any part of the country. One of the secrets of success in this business is the specialization. No longer do auto owners expect
their neighborhood service station to keep their cars tuned-up and running smoothly.

There are several reasons for the demise of the local "do-it-all" auto mechanic: First, there are very few auto mechanics running service stations anymore. A good journey man auto mechanic can earn much more, without the responsibility, by hiring out to big-time auto dealerships. Most service stations today are simply gas and tire selling outlets operated by the major oil companies who advise you to take your mechanical problems elsewhere for repair. When you do find one with a mechanic on duty, the prices are such that only the very rich can afford them.

There's also the problem of unethical operators. Although many state legislatures have enacted licensing and consumer protection safety measures, the rip-offs continue. The crux of the problem is that most auto owners do not realize they've been taken until after the fact, and then it's too late. After being taken once or twice, many consumers turn to "do-it-yourself" auto repair until they run into the technology and advanced electronics
of the ignition system on today's cars. That's when they'll be needing your help.

It really doesn't take any special education or training to set up an independent auto tune-up shop. Any automotive repair experience you may have will help, but a simple knowledge of basic tune-up procedures is all that's really necessary. In fact, the
important prerequisites will be a strong business sense and an old fashioned "down-home" ability to get along with people.

Remember this fact: In starting and operating this business, it's not mandatory that you be a qualified auto mechanic; but your success will depend upon your ability to "serve others," and upon having a genuine desire and ability to do a good job.

This means remembering faces and names; addressing customers by first names as you get to know them; and listening to them; interacting with their problems achievements. The best way to explain the kind of "people empathy" you need for success in any kind of service business is to think of all your customers as close friends.

You can start this business in your garage - and even on a part-time basis. Run an ad in your local paper.

phone call

Ask around and more often than not, you'll find someone right in your own area who is well versed on your subject. An introductory phone call and an explanation as to why you're researching the subject
will almost always lead you to many people who will be glad to talk with you.

Interviewing and talking with people will give you the chance to ask questions and hear specific explanations about the details that may not be fully covered in a book, newspaper or other publication.

When interviewing, your questions should be open-ended, in other words, questions which do not allow for a simple yes or no. You should get the people you're talking with to discuss their experiences relative to the subject. Pose hypothetical situations, asking what they would do or what would happen under a given set of circumstances.

Researching and gathering information on a particular subject can be fun, exciting and very informative. It will never be dull or boring. The important thing is to search out all the available sources, and then to take advantage of them. From there, you'll find it's very much like putting a jigsaw puzzle together; the closer you get to completing the picture, the more excited you become.

Many people find that when they begin a research project on a specific subject, they quickly uncover so many interesting related subjects that it's hard to confine their enthusiasm to just the one subject. This is what learning is all about, regardless of the use you eventually make of the information you gather. The more you learn, the more you want to learn.

Curiosity about all things, and good, basic research are the prime requisites for any successful writer. To have read about or experienced only a few aspects of a given subject won't interest very many people. What the people want is a thorough discussion of the subject from as many different points of view as possible. This, of course, requires research, and to do research, you have to know where to find the material you want.

Hopefully, we've "turned you on" with the idea that the information you're interested in is available and virtually at your fingertips. All it takes is just a bit of effort on your part to avail yourself of it. Just remember, whatever has been thought of or dreamed of by man since the beginning of time has been written about, and you can learn about it with a reasonable amount of searching.der each heading. If you can't find your subject listed, think of similar subjects.

Applebee's Crispy Orange Skillet

Applebee's Crispy Orange Skillet.

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Oil (for frying)
Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces and place in a large bowl. Stir in egg, salt, pepper and oil.
Mix well and set aside.
Stir cornstarch and flour together in another large bowl and mix well. Add chicken
mixture to the flour mixture, stirring to coat each piece well.
Pour enough oil to be at least 1/2-inch deep in a wok or heavy skillet and set over high
heat. When it reaches 375 degrees F (hot!) carefully add chicken pieces in small
batches and fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and crisp. Do not overcook or chicken will
be tough. Remove chicken from oil with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Continue frying chicken in small batches until all are nicely browned and crisp. Set aside
while you make the glaze:
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cool the oil in the skillet slightly, then remove all but 2 tablespoons of oil and set over
medium heat. Sauté garlic in oil for 1 minute (if the oil is too hot the garlic will turn bitter).
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Allow to boil for 3 minutes, stirring
constantly. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens to your liking, stirring
frequently.
Pour glaze over chicken. Serve chicken over a bed of cooked white rice. Garnish with
slivered almonds and crispy noodles. Applebee's tosses the chicken and orange glaze
with an array of stir-fry vegetables like broccoli, snow peas and red peppers.
Serves 4 to 6.

YOUR DREAMS REVEALED

The cart was afterward sought for and the body found. Cicero also
wrote, If the gods love men they will certainly disclose their purposes
to them in sleep.
Chrysippus wrote a volume on dreams as divine portent. He refers to
the skilled interpretations of dreams as a true divination but adds that,
like all other arts in which men have to proceed on conjecture and on
artificial rules, it is not infallible. Plato concurred in the general idea
prevailing in his day, that there were divine manifestations to the soul
in sleep. Condorcet thought and wrote with greater fluency in his
dreams than in waking life. Tartini, a distinguished violinist, composed
his Devil's Sonataunder the inspiration of a dream. Coleridge, through
dream influence, composed his Kubla Khan. The writers of Greek and
Latin classics relate many instances of dream experiences. Homer
accorded to some dreams divine origin. During the third and fourth
centuries, the supernatural origin of dreams was so generally accepted
that the fathers, relying upon the classics and the Bible as authority,
made this belief a doctrine of the Christian Church. Synesius placed
dreaming above all methods of divining the future he thought it the
surest, and open to the poor and rich alike.
Aristotle wrote: There is a divination concerning some things in
dreams not incredible. Camille Flammarion, in his great book on
Premonitory Dreams and Divination of the Future, says: I do not
hesitate to affirm at the outset that occurrence of dreams foretelling
future events with accuracy must be accepted as certain.Joan of Arc
predicted her death. Cazotte, the French philosopher and
transcendentalist, warned Condorcet against the manner of his death.
People dream now, the same as they did in medieval and ancient
times. The following excerpt from The Unknown,a book by
Flammarion, the French astronomer, supplemented with a few of my
own thoughts and collections, will answer the purposes intended for
this book. We may see without eyes and hear without ears, not by
unnatural excitement of our sense of vision or of hearing, for these
accounts prove the contrary, but by some interior sense, psychic and
mental. The soul, by its interior vision, may see not only what is
passing at a great distance, but it may also know in advance what is to
happen in the future.
The future exists potentially, determined by causes which bring to pass
successive events. Positive observation proves the existence of a
psychic world, as real as the world known to our physical senses. And
now, because the soul acts at a distance by some power that belongs
to it, are we authorized to conclude that it exists as something real,
and that it is not the result of functions of the brain?
Does light really exist? Does heat exist? Does sound exist? No. They
are only manifestations produced by movement. What we
call light is a sensation produced upon our optic nerve by the
vibrations of ether, comprising between 400 and 756 trillions per
second, undulations that are themselves very obscure. What we
call heat is a sensation produced by vibrations between 350 and 600
trillions. The sun lights up space, as much at midnight as at midday.
Its temperature is nearly 270 degrees below zero. What we call
sound is a sensation produced upon our auditory nerve by silent
vibrations of the air, themselves comprising between 32,000 and
36,000 a second. ... Very many scientific terms represent only
results, not causes. The soul may be in the same case. The
observations given in this work, the sensations, the impressions, the
visions, things heard, etc., may indicate physical effects produced
without the brain. Yes, no doubt, but it does not seem so.
Let us examine one instance. Turn back to page 156. A young woman,
adored by her husband, dies at Moscow. Her father-in-law, at Pulkowo,
near St. Petersburg, saw her that same hour by his side. She walked
with him along the street then she disappeared. Surprised, startled,
and terrified, he telegraphed to his son, and learned both the sickness
and the death of his daughter-in-law. We are absolutely obliged to
admit that SOMETHING emanated from the dying woman and touched
her father-in-law. This thing unknown may have been an ethereal
movement, as in the case of light, and may have been only an effect,
a product, a result but this effect must have had a cause, and this
cause evidently proceeded from the woman who was dying. Can the
constitution of the brain explain this projection? I do not think that any
anatomist or physiologist will give this question an affirmative answer.
One feels that there is a force unknown, proceeding, not from our
physical organization, but from that in us which can think. Take
another example (see page 57). A lady in her own house hears a voice
singing. It is the voice of a friend now in a convent, and she faints,
because she is sure it is the voice of the dead. At the same moment
that friend does really die, twenty miles away from her. Does not
this give us the impression that one soul holds communication with
another? Here is another example (page 163): The wife of a captain
who has gone out to the Indian mutiny sees one night her husband
standing before her with his hands pressed to his breast, and a look of
suffering on his face. The agitation that she feels convinces her that he
is either killed or badly wounded. It was November 14th. The War
Office subsequently publishes his death as having taken place on
November 15th. She endeavors to have the true date ascertained. The
War Office was wrong. He died on the 14th.
A child six years old stops in the middle of his play and cries out,
frightened: Mamma, I have seen Mamma. At that moment his mother
was dying far away from him (page 124). A young girl at a ball stops
short in the middle of a dance and cries, bursting into tears. `My
father is dead I have just seen him.' At that moment her father died.
She did not even know he was ill. All these things present themselves
to us as indicating not physiological operations of one brain acting on
another, but psychic actions of spirit upon spirit.
We feel that they indicate to us some power unknown. No doubt it is
difficult to apportion what belongs to the spirit, the soul, and what
belongs to the brain. We can only let ourselves be guided in our
judgment and our appreciations by the same feeling that is created in
us by the discussion of phenomena. This is how all science has been
started. Well, and does not every one feel that we have here to do
with manifestations from beings capable of thought, and not with
material physiological facts only? This impression is superabundantly
confirmed by investigation concerning the unknown faculties of the
soul, when active in dreams and somnambulism.
A brother learns the death of his young sister by a terrible nightmare.
A young girl sees beforehand, in a dream, the man whom she will
marry. A mother sees her child lying in a road, covered with blood. A
lady goes, in a dream, to visit her husband on a distant steamer, and
her husband really receives this visit, which is seen by a third person.
A magnetized lady sees and describes the interior of the body of her
dying mother what she said is confirmed by the autopsy. A gentleman
sees, in a dream, a lady whom he knows arriving at night in a railroad
station, her journey having been undertaken suddenly. A magistrate
sees three years in advance the commission of a crime, down to its
smallest details. Several persons report that they have seen towns and
landscapes before they ever visited them, and have seen themselves
in situations in which they found themselves long after. A mother
hears her daughter announce her intended marriage six months before
it has been thought of.
Frequent cases of death are foretold with precision. A theft is seen by
a somnambulist, and the execution of the criminal is foretold. A young
girl sees her fianc, or an intimate friend dying (these are frequent
cases), etc. All these show unknown faculties in the soul. Such at least
is my own impression.
It seems to me that we cannot reasonably attribute the prevision of
the future and mental sight to a nervous action of the brain. I think we
must either deny these facts or admit that they must have had an
intellectual and spiritual cause of the psychic order, and I recommend
sceptics who do not desire to be convinced, to deny them outright to
treat them as illusions and cases of a fortuitous coincidence of
circumstances. They will find this easier. Uncompromising deniers of
facts, rebels against evidence, may be all the more positive, and may
declare that the writers of these extraordinary narratives are persons
fond of a joke, who have written them to hoax me, and that there
have been persons in all ages who have done the same thing to
mystify thinkers who have taken up such questions. These phenomena
prove, I think, that the soul exists, and that it is endowed with
faculties at present unknown.
That is the logical way of commencing our study, which in the end
may lead us to the problem of the after-life and immortality. A
thought can be transmitted to the mind of another. There are mental
transmissions, communications of thoughts, and psychic currents
between human souls. Space appears to be no obstacle in these cases,
and time sometimes seems to be annihilated.A few years ago a person
whom I will designate as Arelated a dream to me as follows: I take no
interest in pugilism or pugilists, but I saw, in a dream, every detail of
the Corbett and Fitzsimmons mill, four days before it took place out
West. Two nights before the fight I had a second dream in which a
favorite horse was running, but suddenly, just before the judge's stand
was passed, a hitherto unobserved little black horse ran ahead and the
crowd shouted in my ears, `Fitzsimmons wins!'
B relates the following as a dream: I saw the American soldiers, in
clay-colored uniform, bearing the flag of victory two weeks before the
Spanish-American war was declared, and of course before any living
being could have known the uniform to be adopted. Later I saw,
several days before the actual occurrence happened, the destruction of
Cervera's fleet by the American navy. Signed B. Just after the South
African hostilities began, I saw in a dream a fierce struggle between
the British and Boers, in which the former suffered severe losses. A
few nights after I had a second dream in which I saw the contending
forces in a long-drawn contest, very disastrous to both, and in which
neither could claim a victory. They seemed to be fighting to a frazzle.
Signed C.

Satellite Television

Surround sound is presently available for very low prices. When this technology debuted in incarnations which allowed it to be used in home theaters, it required several different components, a variety of speakers and, usually, some technological knowledge to set up and configure.

The surround sound systems used today can be purchased in all-in-one packages that include front and back speakers and which are designed to function as one unit. The speakers are small enough that they may be moved around the room as dictated by the best sound quality and many are wireless.

Satellite television broadcasts in the high quality audio formats which have become more or less standard expectations among consumers since the advent of digital broadcasting. Combined with the right surround sound hardware, just about any room can be turned into a home theater. The component packages are available in all sizes and power ranges. The smallest speakers are suitable for use inside apartments and other small spaces where excessive volume would be a problem.

One's DVR tuner will have outputs on the back which will allow the hookup of a surround sound-compatible speakers system. DVR tuners which are surround-compatible, which constitutes the vast majority of them these days, always advertise as much in their specifications. Surround sound is a digital sound format, so having a digital tuner is necessary. Very old tuners, aside from not having a great many of the conveniences that define the modern tuners, won't be able to put out surround sound so it's a good excuse to upgrade if one wants the full theater experience.

One of the advantages of modern speaker systems is that they don't require a great deal of raw volume to deliver engrossing sound. Clarity is the key to having good sound. To an extent, getting the clearest sounds will depend on the way in which the speakers are distributed throughout the room.

First and foremost, make certain that the speakers aren't obstructed by anything which will absorb sound. Furniture and anything with a soft surface will dampen sound and reduce the clarity. This may not be so noticeable if one has the volume cranked but in quieter listening environments it will manifest in hard-to-understand dialogue and the sense that a part of the audio landscape is "missing". One's flooring will also affect clarity.

One of the Best Ways to Retire Early

If you have never considered RV life to be one of the best ways to retire early... think again. A lot of people do it, they enjoy the lifestyle, and it can be a very frugal way of retirement living. We RVed for 6 years for 6 to 22 month stretches at a time.

Now it is not frugal if you have to have an RV like Jeff Gordon lives in when he competes in NASCAR. You can spend over a million dollars on an RV. You can see the same scenery in a motor home or travel trailer costing $15,000 or less. Somewhere in between those 2 extremes is one of the best ways to retire early.

Full time RV does entail some sacrifice however. Due to storage limitations there is no room for your riding lawnmower or snow blower. Unless you like Ice fishing you won't need a winter wardrobe either. It seems most full time Rvers gravitate to warmer climes. Why?...because they can.

When your home has a steering wheel in the living room you are not bound to any one spot. It is always warm somewhere...picking your climate is one of the real pluses of RVing.

Don't like the neighbors, loud parties, barking dogs...that can be a problem if your home doesn't move. No problem in an RV, unhook and move.

Of course the more you travel the more you will spend on fuel and short stays at RV parks. A long term stay, a month, is much cheaper than the nightly rate. This will be you after a while. You will travel like crazy when you first have an RV...as you become exposed to more locations you find favorites and stay longer in specific places. You will also be spending less.

Marines Boot Camp

Marine's boot camp is generally considered to be the toughest boot camp of any branch of the armed services, and it's certainly the longest. Consider this, a Marine can enter any other branch of the Armed Forces and not have to redo basic training, but a soldier from any other branch coming into the Marines has to start all over. That's because Marine basic is just different. Here are some tips on how to survive the 13 week hell that is Parris Island or San Diego.

First of all, you need to get physically fit well before you go. If you show up to camp unfit, they'll get you fit, and the last thing you want is a Marine Corps drill instructor whipping you into shape. Research the minimum fitness requirements you'll need to meet to pass basic, and either train to meet or exceed them before you go. You want to be exceeding them easily by the time you're done camp.

Secondly you need to be mentally tough. Really, really tough. Marine basic training is as grueling on the mind as it is on the body. The drill instructors will go out of their way to try and break you, and the mind is one place they'll attack. You need to be ready for them. You need to learn ahead of time how to deal with the kind of things they're going to put you through. If your mind isn't as tough as nails, then your body won't have a chance.

How Do I Ask My Girlfriend to Marry Me?

Let's face it when a woman tells her girlfriends she's engaged the first question they ask is..... How did he propose?

So as a man you are probably sitting there asking yourself "How do I ask my girlfriend to marry me?" It's tough on the guy you have to come up with a pretty darn good way or face the chatter of her friends! You don't want your girlfriend to be embarrassed to explain to her friends how you ask her to marry you, or even worse she has to make up something interesting and lie to them!

1) Romantic- First off whatever you do DON'T ask her friends for advice, you need to come up with this marriage proposal idea all on your own, well at least in her eyes. It's ok to search for ideas but don't go asking her friends or anyone she knows. You want this moment to be between you and her not her friends. If it is tradition in her family to ask the father first then by all means ask him but don't let the cat out of the bag anymore than that.

2) Memorable. You want her to be the envy of all her friends and you want her to always look back on the proposal with a smile on her face. Thinking about how special she felt and how romantic it was. You want to catch her off guard when you pop the question. It doesn't have to be in front of a bunch of people, it can be just you and her!

The Internet is filled with great proposal ideas for every budget but here is one idea to get you thinking in the right direction:

Dancing is just plain romantic and women love it. Start paying attention to her favorite love songs. Plan a romantic meal or picnic and bring your CD player .Take her somewhere special the two of you can be alone and after the meal ask her to dance even if you have two left feet - do it - she Will love you for it. Once the song stops playing get down on one knee, tell her how you feel and ask your girlfriend to marry you! It can be somewhere special to the two of you or a new place. The idea here is to make her feel incredibly loved.

Community Colleges

The local community college is a great place to do this. From classes about photography to courses on how to use clay molds, community colleges usually offer a wide and varied curriculum. What's more, the price is usually right, as community college is generally seen as a good value for those looking for a 2-year degree, an extra course to add to a skill set, or as a fun, structured way to learn something new.

One of the neat things about community colleges is there is such a diverse range of students. There are lots of recent high school grads either looking for an associate's or technical degree. Then there are the kids that took a year or two off to travel or work a little before going to college. You may find those from the working world taking night classes and studying alongside middle-aged women who never got a degree the first time around.

Finally you can find some elderly who want to learn how to use a computer or fire pottery in glass kilns. Taking a course can be wonderful for those in this age group, as they not only learn something, but have a valuable social outlet as well. It's a pretty neat thing to see a kid fresh out of high school working side-by-side with someone that could be their grandparent.

Of course, what a lot of students are shooting for is some sort of degree or certification in some sort of trade. These are the things that will really stand out to employers, or in some cases are necessary to simply get your foot in the door. It might be fun to take courses on how to use glass stringers, but getting a business degree or becoming certified in a programming language will probably be better for your job prospects. Of course, if you are looking to become an artist for a living, the reverse might be true! That's another great thing-there are all sorts of people looking to work in all sorts of fields. At your local community college, they all come together on one campus!

Home Staging

When you're giving a gift, do you just hand over an unwrapped box with what looks to be an inexpensive, last minute purchase and hope for the best? Maybe you do, and let me tell you a secret: in private, the person you gave it to is finally admitting to themselves that you're kind of cheap. Or worse.

Staging a house is similar. When you stage a home for sale, you're attempting to wrap it up in a nice bow for several reasons. To make it seem like the buyer is getting their money's worth; to justify the price; and to make the home sellable, to name three.

But what if you left it as is? You cleaned the floors and swept the upholstery, but it's still the house you're moving out of. The game plan is to make the home look more than presentable; it has to be a place the buyers must live in. They won't be happy until they're in the living room with glasses of wine. Staging will only build on the promise of a sale.

At the bottom of the housing market you have to take every opportunity to sell for the asking price; or at least near it. When you have a home worth $340,000 and it sells for a buck-fifty, something is off. Granted, there are certainly factors involved that aren't being considered here. But that is a very, very low bid.

What are a few things you can do to help your cause? Let's start in the living room. One thing you can do is to take things off the wall that scream "I LIVE HERE!" And for the love of mankind, clean it up! From personal experience, I can tell you that there is nothing more disconcerting than looking at a place with soda cans that have cigarette butts, bobbing like fishing poles in what looks like toilet water. Yes, and take down the funny photo of your family that glares at people from off the wall.

Another tip: be creative! It's fun to think. I don't have fun often, but it's a blast when I do. Take neutral printed fabric and cover up any boxes that are lying around. They can imitate end tables and bedside stands. Take the dust jackets off books and color code the spines, leaving the bookshelf looking like a piece of modern art.

Disciplining a Problem Child

What do you think William Pelham and The National Institute of Mental Health have in common? William Pelham is a distinguished ADHD expert and he and the Institute have both come out strongly in favor of behavior modification as the ideal solution in controlling a problem child. Now this type of intervention can be combined with medication, especially where ADHD is involved but overall, this treatment is streets ahead of all the rest.

Disciplining a problem child or teenager can lead to all sorts of tensions and problems in the home, not least with other siblings. Sometimes , parents opt for other types of treatment like play therapy, cognitive therapy or family therapy but the results show that behavior modification is the best of all for the problem child.

In behavior modification parents learn how to organize a proper schedule which the child knows about and which will be rarely changed, except in an emergency. When it is changed, advance notice should be given. Imposing a rewards system for good behavior where the child gets a bonus or a treat while bad behavior will be dealt with by consequences, such as withdrawing privileges.

With older kids and early teens, parents need to learn strategies for dealing with defiance and not sticking to the curfew plan or the homework plan. It is here that contracts drawn up by both parties can be really useful as the teen feels involved and knows that his input is important too. It teaches rights and responsibilities and that is the key to behavior modification. Points and star systems help to keep track of it all and behavior plans can be downloaded from the Internet.

How to Get High Page Rank

Getting high page rank is really hard if you don't know how to do it the right way. Google has it's own rules and it gives certain websites high page rank and for others Google don't gives a page rank at all. If you want to get high pagerank for your website at the fastest time you can do it, here are three tips for you.

Tip 1 - As you probably know, Google loves websites that offer their visitors hot news about the subject that your visitor wants to know. If you want to rank as fast as you can than be sure to put some news on your website. If you have a blog than you should always find fresh news for your visitors and readers. You have to get out of the box of just writing regular posts on your blog, and come up with new things that people like to hear about.

Tip 2 - Whenever you post on your blog or at your website, don't you ever try to be smarter than Google and post things that you copy from other places on the web. You have to understand that by doing so, not only you are violating the law, but you can get out of the Google search results faster than you can even imagine. The Google engine knows exactly where he saw a post like yours before it came across your post, and in that case he will penalize your website and will not give you any opportunity to come back. Just be sure to create new content all the time. If you have a blog than be sure to post 1-3 times a day to get the maximum out of the Google spiders visits and show them that you are refreshing your site with new content all the time. Remember that this is the key to succeed with Google.

Tip 3 - Always try to find yourself some new back links to your website. I recommend you to set a daily goal of a specific number of new links. That way you will not forget about getting new links to your website, and when you finish the job, you can start and create new content.

From a Hurricane

A hurricane's deadly forces

Hurricanes have an arsenal of effects that can destroy property and cause loss of life. The combination of wind and water can have devastating impacts on man and nature. Learn what these deadly features can do and how to survive them.

Storm Tides and Waves

Storm surge is simply the rise in water that floods the coast as water is pushed onshore by strong winds, and to a much lesser degree very low pressure. It is important to know the tides of the coastal area where you are located. For example, many locations on the Gulf coast have very small tidal ranges, whereas locations on the U.S. east coast have large tidal ranges. It makes a significant difference on the impacts to the coast if a hurricane moves ashore during a low or high tide in a location where the tidal range is large. Today, inland flooding causes the largest loss of life. In the past, when hurricane forecasting technology was not as sophisticated, storm surge was the reason for most deaths. It is best to leave a structure that could be affected by the storm tide of a hurricane. The force from sea water is extremely powerful and can destroy a house easily. High waves carry the debris from destroyed buildings that are on the coast that batter other structures farther inland. Houses built on stilts have a much greater survivability from surge damage. Even so, it is best not to "ride out" a hurricane and evacuate to a safer location.

High Winds

Hurricanes produce strong sustained winds which have the capability of destroying structures and toppling trees and power lines. The Saffir-Simpson hurricane scale gives an estimate on the type of wind damage that can be expected with different categories of hurricanes. A major hurricane is considered a category 3 or higher. Maximum sustained winds are greater than or equal to 111 mph. Strong winds can blow in garage doors, break windows, or lift roofs off of houses. Make sure that you have shutters or plywood to cover windows properly during a hurricane. Also, know how structurally sound your roof and garage doors are so that they will not fail in the event of high winds. The safest place to stay is in the basement to protect you and your family from high winds. If you are in a flood zone, evacuate to higher ground. If you do not have a basement, find a small room on the lowest floor with no windows near the center of the house to stay.

Tornadoes

Tornadoes are many times associated with land falling tropical cyclones. The tornadoes usually occur in outer rain bands in the right front quadrant with respect to storm motion. Most of the tornadoes occur within 24 hours of land fall, although it's possible for tornadoes to still occur two or three days later still associated with the circulation. The largest hurricane associated tornado outbreak on record occurred with Hurricane Ivan in 2004 with 123 tornadoes. Other hurricanes that produced a significant tornado outbreak were: Hurricane Buelah (115), Hurricane Frances (103) and Hurricane Rita (101) tornadoes. Unlike their Midwest cousins, tornadoes on average are weaker in hurricanes. There is usually a weaker signature on radar and hail almost never accompanies them. Stronger land falling hurricanes have a greater potential to produce tornadoes than weaker ones. Tornadoes occur with land falling hurricanes as the hurricane moves over land and encounters greater low level friction from the land. This slows the wind at the surface more than higher aloft, adding to vertical wind shear. It is this increase in wind shear that sets up an environment favorable for tornado development. Follow the same safety guidelines for high winds to protect you and your family from the harmful effects of tornadoes.

Philosophy of the Economy By Joshua Konov

Monetary and Fiscal Policies;

Main differences of the Marketizm's Monetary and Fiscal Policies and the current ones from a Macroeconomic prospective are the ways the Monetary and Fiscal balances are achieved: when the currently used balances are based on a cash method: Income to Expenses; the new ones add on an accrual method: Equity to Debt. Or the securities coming from the Equities are taken in consideration for the Monetary and Fiscal policies.
In a way it is as the current Company's Accrual accounting and general underwriting policies. Thus the evaluation of an Economy and Country's Current Level of Development is rated corresponding to the Current Level of Possibilities in Global prospective. Additionally the new "underwriting" will give the corresponding more adequate numbers for Monetary quantities, currencies values, acceptable social expenses, infrastructure expenses, deficit and etc.:

There are two main requirements for such underwriting to be done:

1. general security of the equities/assets plus the Income to Expense ratios.

2. to be enforced and generally accepted by all parties new system of underwriting.

The principles of Security are well known for companies underwriting at least on books so are the evaluation of business activities and the related ratios;

The problems existing in the current business underwriting mostly are consequence of very inadequate business and contracting laws which promote big businesses with their lawyers and lower the security for small businesses and investors as well are the inadequate properties appraising and market values, and inadequate evaluation of intellectual properties, and etc.

Macroeconomic "underwriting" is similar to companies underwriting so the general security applies to Macroeconomic evaluation which consequence to the estimating a Country's economic value it is mostly Market related where the political or militaristic or subjective ideologies effect on a Country's Economic evaluation of the past are well in the past the process of clarification of standing for economic power based on social economic structures and market adequacy are well on its way: the ongoing Globalization and growing productivity are leaving very little or no space at all for such subjective dis-balancing; the market is taking over all of these and making things work if the economic tools of the new developments are properly established and do not work if they are not: Proper conditions for maximizing a developed country's social and economic structures to remain competative could be accomplished by:

* enforcing the rule of law over the business relations the way they are enforced in the civil societies of the most developed countries; a trickle down economics and shady business practices of the Capitalism are enforcing the opposite of the Rule of Law more like some kind of wild west justice which does not enforce the needed security to benefit from the opportunities of the new possibilities of the Market which consequently lower the value of an Economy; as simple as it is the value of the Economy allow it to use more or less resources for such economic factors as infrastructure, social security, medicare and etc. which instead of being just expenses in such an Economy are short term equities because they provide the needed Demand for Goods and Services and provide Capital for Investment. So the theory of Marx goes down the drain because it was founded on a pro-Supply Economics of manufacturing and services and with the new developments the Economy changes into a pro-Demand Economies of investment and international business; the biggest problem of the new developments is the redistribution of Wealth to maintain an adequate Demand and second biggest problem is the security of investment and business income which can bring additional income to small investors and businesses;

Until now-days the Philosophy of Capitalism says that the Economy works by trickling down capital which will eventually transform into production and services which will employ the workforce and such on an on; thus in order such system to work a shady speculating would allow more concentration of capital and things go back to the trickle down. This system has worked for many years quite well because of the localization of the developed economies and the high demands for goods and services which has promoted a growing market even so this process has gone to many crises such as the Great Depression these fluctuations have been result more on technicalities such as Monetary and Fiscal Policies then on the recent at the time possibilities for development because the Demand always has been there and the Supply was always short of the Demand which is not so in the most current developments on the Global Market when the political boundaries of the Cold War or Ideologies have come down and more countries joined the WTO and at the same time technologies in production and communications have given the opportunities for skyrocketing productivity of the most developed economies which allowed export of production to any part of the World and did not create adequate Demand in the less and developing markets and even in the most developed markets because their economies were based on production and services they started loosing Demand too which consequently created a great dis-balance of Supply to Demand ratios;

the old formulas of Economics are not working anymore.

Logically if one follows this pattern will say that it goes to some kind of socialism where the Governments will take over and start redistributing wealth and this might well happen unless....
something else happens: something to keep the Market Free and in the same time to keep up with the corresponding Demand:

How is this thing possible?

Well could be if the Economics changes or improves some of its tools so instead of an chaotic investment and business activities such come under the laws and thus personal liabilities keep manipulations and mishandling of investment under control, and when direct investment can reach less developed Markets and when small businesses could be protected by the laws from their big brothers and they too can reach less developed markets and when overall the Economy of the most developed nations changes to exporting capital in form of investment for profit and export small business operations too so they can earn income. This income from such investment and business must be supported by an adequate and responsive social security and medicare, infrastructure building and educational policies which could provide some of the needed Demand and at the same time some of the Capital for investing and business: the percent of such from the GNP could be evaluated by some formulas.

Here we will come back to the so called Security which must in order the system to work;
it is alike having a cash based business with no assets or business with assets if an underwriter goes over these two scenarios most likely will reject the first or at least put a low estimate of its values. The assets are appraised in regard with their security and long or short term equity value.

Having in mind all of the above applied in the Macroeconomics the factors of security and equity will have similar effect when a Country's rating is evaluated: we will be talking about "security" of the Assets and the long and short term Equity value: both factors are increasing security by ensuring less Market volatility and speculations, and also less currency volatility and also adequate redistribution of wealth and building equity by Social Security, Medicare, etc. and building Infrastructure and Strong Educational system and etc. and by ensuring adequate protection of Invested Capital and Business Practices which will provide additional income through return on the invested capital and profit from expanding business.

Why current system of Economics does not support adequate Market growth for US as well Globally?

*First because it does not provide and ensure needed "security" which will allow expanding Monetary and Fiscal Policies.
*Second because it does not have adequate redistribution of wealth and building of equity for adequate Demand;
*Third because it does not provide the needed laws to protect small to medium investors and businesses
*Fourth It is mostly concentrated on the Trickle down Philosophy of speculations, shady business practices and protection of the big businesses and big investors which are increasingly becoming contra productive in the Current Market Environment backfiring with all kind of instabilities.
